So there's this loop of Lasalle I do on the regular which incorporates Lasalle trails and the Herb Grey Pkwy trails.

Depending on the route taken it can be anywhere from 25-35 km long. But I can set it up so that the route forms a figure 8 so if someone just wants to do less than half of the route, we will pass by where we park the cars at the midway point. There's a Timmy's and a Starbucks near the rendezvous point if you need to wait for other riders.

Meet at the Sandwich West Public School to depart promptly at 9am

Route is almost exclusively asphalt trails so skinny tire friendly.
