This August, Ken, Summer, and I are joining special forces with 2 other Magic City Chorus members, along with our entire chorus and supporters to participate in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer in Canada!!!♋️👶🩷🚴❤️🎶👶
Why? Because we care and right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.😢
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it. Personally, we are aware of 4 children who had cancer and 3 of them survived to become adults! 💯❤️❤️💯❤️
So we are raising funds through this incredible challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Flexibility Is A Must!
14 Aug 2026On this pedalling journey I’ve come to realize that one must be flexible and adjust to the things we cannot control.
I can’t control that I re-injured my left leg or that some days I feel sick or down.
Obviously, I’m not able to get on the bike right now.
However, I can control how I choose to think and how to try to keep positive.
