We are incredibly grateful for everyone's support. Our journey began five years ago when we participated in the GCC 2020 to fight kids' cancer. Just a month later, we learned that our precious niece would start her own battle against cancer. She was only six months old when diagnosed with Hepatoblastoma, a very rare form of liver cancer. The news left us heartbroken and devastated. Alexia has been fighting bravely for almost four years and has been in remission for the last 33 months. While cancer is an illness that can return at any time, we remain optimistic that she will continue to fight and win! We're participating in this challenge to raise funds to help develop treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer. My niece, Alexia, and other children deserve to live life to the fullest, not fight for it. Please help us by donating to our cause. Thank you!

My Story

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
