My Story

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because over 1,700 Canadian children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and 4 kids sadly die every week.

Cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it!!

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

It will be tough, but it's nothing compared to what these brave kids face every day as they battle this disease and fight for their lives.

I am dedicating this year's run to my Father-in-Law, who succumbed to cancer just over a decade ago, our family friend who passed away several years back and family, friends, associates, former employees, artists, musicians and so many others who are no longer here due to this debilitating killer. I’m also dedicating this year’s rides to my friend Ted, who’s passed away suddenly a couple of years back.

May cancer one day be compared to a dinosaur....extinct and six feet in the ground.
