This August I’m taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids’ cancer.

Why? Because over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year in Canada, and it remains the leading cause of disease-related death in children.

As a cancer survivor myself, I want to do what I can to help kids focus on living their lives, not fighting for them.

Through this challenge I’m raising funds to support SickKids Foundation and their important work developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Every kilometre I ride and every dollar we raise will help give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.
