My Story

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

    Needed to get out today thought it wouldn’t happen because the smoke was in there coming from northern fires, but it’s sort of clear a bit so I thought I have to go.

    Took my time stopped and just enjoyed the Riverview 27.5 km seize the day.

    Chatted with a guy named Perry. He’s also riding for this challenge and he goes 200 km a day all month strange little pedal assist E bike.

    Got home from Work and thought let’s do this. In the road cycle but the wind was brutal so I turned back but 23km all the same.

    Then road to the gym to teach spin class total there and back with class 27km
