In 2024 I rode the Great Cycle Challenge on my own. This year in 2025 we have a team. Allison, Ember, Nicholas, Parker, Aunty Tracy and I are all riding together as Team Schuh’s.

The challenge raises money for SickKids Foundation. They fund research, new treatments and better care for kids facing cancer. Their work has already improved survival rates, but there is still more to do. Every year more than 1,700 kids in Canada are diagnosed with cancer.

Riding together as a family makes this challenge even more meaningful. It gives us time together, sets an example for our kids, and supports families who are going through something no child should ever face.
