This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

I've done this for a few years but this year is extra special. I'm celebrating my brother's life with each ride that I do. He fought the good fight with liver cancer. And I have had my own journey with cancer. I also ride for all who have travelled this road in different ways, as cancer fighter, survivor and supporter.

Over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year. It's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada. It's tough for anyone to have to battle cancer but when you are a kid who should be living life, well, it really sucks!

Please support the SickKids Foundation with a donation so they may continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
