My Story

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, over 1,400 children are diagnosed with cancer every year.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

Map my Ride 🚴🚴🚴🚴

First couple of rides in this week and it feels good to be back on the bike and taking in some of our beautiful summer.

My first ride I tracked my ride using “Map my Run” it tracked the KMs but pace was all off. Second ride, tracked using “May my Ride” and it was set for the indoor ride!! At least I knew my kms as this is a regular ride I take part in yearly and I know where my 5, 10, and 2, km markers are to tally up my kms for ride two.

It is all good and a small hick up to a fun and rewarding journey!

The weather is amazing!

When riding out there! Be the leader in safety! Don’t take risks and or ride through stop signs or lights! Make that stop!

Let cars turn first and keep an eye out for the little humans when riding through busy areas!
