100km or 50km Donut Run Along the G2G

Event Details

The doughnut Run is a 100 km ride from Rim Park in Waterloo, leaving at 5:00 am. We ride from Waterloo up to West Montrose, along the scenic G2G (Guelph to Goderich rail Trail), to Anna Mae's in Millbank. We will stop to eat breakfast, and a doughnut (of course), then head back down the G2G through West Montrose, over the covered bridge (Where we have our second break), then through Conestoga, St Jacobs, by the Farmers Market, and back to Rim Park between 12:00 & 1:00 pm.

100k is too much... no Problem. Meet us on the G2G in Elmira at Kissing Bridge Trailway Parking (across the street from Elmira Pet Products) lot at 6:00-6:15 am for a 50K ride.

This is a medium difficulty level ride. We travel on average 18-20 km/h.

What you need? Enough water/electrolytes and snacks to replace the calories you are burning. The Equipment to repair your ride in case of a breakdown/flat.

Sorry we missed you again. I feeling bummed out that we missed you. We where looking for you on the way back too. I still have your medal if you want to meet up. I’m also going to organize another ride next week.
