This August I’m taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer. Over 1,400 Canadian children are diagnosed with cancer every year. It’s sobering to think of the many young people struggling with this terrible disease.

I am taking on this challenge to support cancer research and give these kids the brighter futures they deserve. It’s a small challenge compared to what these kids face every day as they fight for their lives, and the anguish and grief their families experience.
