AUGUST 23 - 216 KMS RIDDEN! I HAVE MET MY 200 KMS GOAL AND GOING ON TO 300 KMS. That is my commitment to help fight Kids' Cancer!!

AUGUST 18 - 159 KMS RIDDEN, 41 TO GO TO MEET my 200 KMS goal!! And nearly 2 more weeks for the challenge! I will continue to record my kms to the end of August, that is my commitment!!

August 12 - OVER HALF WAY THERE, 111 KMS OF 200!!!!!!

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

I am riding as a Mom - Grandma and for myself. Fortunately our sons were healthy active kids. Now I have 2 very active, healthy grandkids age 13 & 15. My hope is they will never ever hear the word 'Cancer'. And for myself, I am taking the Challenge of 200 kms for my own health and fitness. The kids are my encouragement.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
