My Story

This August, I’m jumping into the Great Cycle Challenge to help fight kids’ cancer!

Over 1,700 kids in Canada are diagnosed with cancer every year. It’s the biggest disease‑related killer of children, and that’s simply not acceptable. Kids should be out playing, exploring, and living — not fighting for their lives.

And for us, this isn’t just a statistic. We have a friend who lost their son before he reached 13, after three incredibly tough years battling cancer. Watching a family go through that changes you. It makes this fight real.

That’s why I’m raising funds for SickKids Foundation — to support research, treatments, and the push toward a cure. Every dollar helps give kids a chance at the future they deserve.
