I am riding for all of our family + friends that have been diagnosed with cancer, and the loved ones that we have lost ❤️
My Story
This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
This is my 4th consecutive year in riding for this amazing cause 🚴♀️
Right now over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.
Kids should be living life... not fighting for it.
Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

Enjoyed an amazing ride this morning from Carburn Park to Prince's Island Park to Country Hills....and back again. The bike trails in this city are pretty incredible, and I always love to explore new areas. Lots of happy people and smiley faces along the way. It was a great day!

16 Aug 2026Enjoyed a beautiful morning ride on the trail from Chestermere to Calgary.
It follows the irrigation canal, and provides interesting and ever changing scenery from farm lands to wetlands to industrial, with many trees and cool bridges along the way. It was an awesome ride, and I will definately be doing this trail again sometime soon!

Although the clouds and wind were quite moody this morning... I enjoyed watching numerous young osprey soaring along the Bow River.
