Chloë Poirier

This year I am riding in honour of Kenora’s Princess Warrior, Chloë Poirier. We lost this tireless and mischievous soul this June after 16 years of spending time in and out of Sick Kids, Winnipeg’s Children’s Hospital and Lake of the Woods District Hospital in Kenora. Chloë generously volunteered to help our doctors learn ultrasound with added smiles, smirks and humour. We will never forget and our patients will benefit from this forever. To all of you who have generously donated to my previous years fundraising, These efforts resulted in some of the very highest fundraising results in all of Canada. I am hoping that we will eclipse prior years and I urge each one of you to spread the word and help those researching and treating childhood cancers to make this problem a memory of the past. I am riding again in honour of Kenora’s Chloë Poirier. We lost this tireless and mischievous soul after 16 years of spending time in and out of Sick Kids, Winnipeg’s Children’s Hospital and Lake of the Woods District Hospital in Kenora.
