I'm back again on the Great Cycle Challenge! I set my goal lower this year because I tore my left quad tendon in January. Thankfully, after skillful surgery and physiotherapy, my knee is fully operational again, although not quite as strong as before. So I'm confident that I'll shoot right past that 300 km mark.

As of the first day of the Ride, I've already raised 20% of my fundraising goal. Thanks all who have already donated. Let's go all the way!
