My Story

This August, I’m riding in the Great Cycle Challenge Canada to help fight childhood cancer.

This ride is deeply personal. In 1987, I lost my precious 2-year-old daughter, Maria Fernanda, to cancer. Not a day goes by that I don’t carry her in my heart. I’m riding in her memory and in honor of every child and family facing this devastating disease.
