This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge.

Though some causes of this horrible disease can be hereditary and unexplained, it is lifestyle that lead the most to their triggering and almost almost 80% of victims.

It's time to stop the vicious cycle. Rather than focus on spending more money on the same old same old, it's time to completely re-thing the way we live, think and eat..
