This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge for Ribecka WIlson, my niece who I never had the pleasure to meet, as she was taken by leukemia in 2021 when she was only 18. Just as she found her voice and began to shine cancer took her. She fought hard against so much in a life of foster care and she deserved to live in the world of love she would have finally found within our family.
