I ride every day (weather permitting) First and foremost for my health and fitness and secondly, with donations from all my sponsors we help the SickKids Foundation. I was delighted today to go on my first ride of the year. It was good to go out and smell the roses. Last year I rode 1934km and raised 745 dollars. I'm sure we can do better than that for the kids.
