My Story

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

“I want to say, you've done such a great thing, doing this fundraising, Michelle! I'm sure most people unfortunately know someone who has had to fight cancer, and for kids to have to go through that fight is tarable. But it's donations and fundraising like this that helps make it just a bit easier for the kids that have to fight cancer. And hopefully someday they won't have to. I remember when I was younger and my best friend told me he had cancer, it was tarifing to think of what could happen and what he had to go through. But he was strong! Though Unfortunately he didn't win the fight, he had amazing support from people like your mom and fundraising like this! he was able to put up one hell of a fight. And out side of all the treatment he was going through, he was still able to enjoy life! Thank you so much!! merci beaucoup!!”
