Blessed to have been born with that rare natural redhead gene. Unfortunately, I ended up getting skin cancer multiple times over these last few years.

What I know is this, cancer brings fear, pain, and a lot of stressful emotions. Once you have it and recovered from it, you will always continue to ask yourself, is it truly over? Not to mention the unusually long waiting game it plays with your mind and how it put's a pause on one's life while waiting for your results...

Why I am doing this: Cancer doesn’t care how old you are, and if there is a way to make it easier for kids to have a slightly more normal life while they fight their own battle with cancer, I wanna say that is something worth raising money/biking for!

For the month of August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer.
