My Story

1 Aug 2024

For the fifth year in a row, we are taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! We are so grateful to be healthy enough to do something helpful for those who are not.

As a mom, I couldn't imagine living through the nightmare of watching my child suffer from this awful disease. Although we are thankful for our health, it is never something that we take for granted. Right now, over 1,400 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So we are raising funds through this challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
