I want to make them understand that we need to help the less fortunate. What would we want people to do to help us if we were in need, if we were the ones suffering? I want them to understand that one month of the year we are focusing on raising awareness and funds for the SICK KIDS FOUNDATION. Why? Because we can, we have to. Because if we don't, who will? Because if we needed help, that's what we'd want others to do.

My Story

Once again, I'll be taking part in the yearly Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! Year #5 🙂

Why? Because right now, over 1,400 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

I will be cycling 1 km per 1$ donated via my profile. This year's goal is 650km, for a total of 650$.

Together, we have raised more than 4,200$ in the past years and hopefully you will help me again this year with great generosity.
