For all the kids and families.

Every spin cycle i turn is for all those who are struggling with cancer, who have succumbed to cancer and those who are supporting with all their body and soul their loved one with cancer. If only your job was as easy as mine. Sending you all soul soothing deep breathing healing love.

My Story

Hello my friends,

It is time for me to undertake my annual cycle challenge to raise funds through this amazing Great Cycle Challenge, raising funds to support and help fight kids' cancer!

Did you know that right now, more Canadian children lose their lives to cancer than any other disease?

Kids should be living life, riding bikes, playing with friends NOT fighting for it.

My goal is to raise funds to support these brave kids and their families as they face the scariest time of their lives.

I have the easy and definitely fun part by cycling and raising funds while these children and their families struggle to stay positive, strong , hold themselves together. I cannot imagine. Especially now that we have been blessed with 2 additional very healthy and happy precious grandbabies (total 4 now!!) .

Any small donation would be appreciated, it all counts, it all adds up, it *will all* make a difference.

Just an FYI, this organization is extremely low maintenance, very little overhead. Practically all the funds I raise will go to the SickKids Foundation to provide care, develop treatments and help to find a cure for childhood cancer.

I love receiving emails from the families and the children. They are so excited I have chosen to ride again, for them. Their pictures, their stories are all inspiring.
