Mommy

Just weeks after my mom was diagnosed with cancer, she passed away. She raised 7 teenagers on her own and looking back, I'm not sure how she survived us. She gives me the strength to realize that we can do anything, if we put our mind to it. January 7th, 2012, feels like yesterday and I miss you like crazy mom. Thank you for always watching over me!

My Story

August 2026 is my 11th consecutive year fundraising for KID'S CANCER and to date my sponsors have raised an amazing $19,444.32.

I am a Cancer Survivor. I truly know how amazing the doctors and staff work to ensure they do the best for every patient. In June 2023, I had breast cancer, and I was absolutely terrified of the unknown. No matter how hard this was for me, it is nothing compared to the pain a parent must be going through when their young child has cancer.

My fundraising will consist of walking this year, due to bike issues. The main goal is to continue to fundraise to support Kids Cancer.
