2025 is the fifth year I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge!

In December of 2021, my then 9-year old niece was diagnosed with brain cancer. This little trooper and her family fought bravely every day even as she watched her hair fall out and at times would have to breathe with the help of an oxygen tank. I don't know where she found the courage and strength but she won! A year later she beat the cancer and has been in remission since! All with the help of the wonderful folks at Sick Kids hospital!

Needless to say this has made this fundraiser a personal matter for me. So I am raising funds help the over 1,400 kids who are diagnosed with cancer each year and support the SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure.
