I, like so many of us, have lost many family members and others dear to me to cancer. I have been witness to the hellish time they have in their battles against this nasty invader. I do not even like thinking about a child enduring that hell and even worse, being taken from us.

We have made vast advances in the treatment of cancer and get better at it every year. But, we still have so far to go.

The way we make these advances is through research and as we all know, this type of research requires vast amounts of money.

Every nickel counts. Every dime counts.

Please, I ask you with all sincerity to help me to help our children.

You won't find a better place than Sick Kid's Hospital for the advancement of treatment and cures.
