Logan’s good news update … Over the past year, Logan has been visiting SickKids every three months for ultra sounds and check-ins with his oncology team. Although a solid tumour still remains in his liver, Logans’s team at SickKids don’t believe there is any active cancer present at this time. Moving forward, Logan will continue getting scans at SickKids every 3 months to ensure his tumour remains stable.

Hello Everyone!

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! This is my fourth year cycling to raise funds for SickKids. I’m happy to do my part, but I couldn’t do it without your support.

I’m riding in support of Logan Schissler, who turns 4 years old this and will be starting Kindergarten this September. Logan was 1 of 1,700 children, who are diagnosed with cancer every year. It’s the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Fortunately, due to the talented and dedicated team at SickKids, Logan’s prognosis is very positive. Funds raised in support of the SickKids Foundation, allows them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
