My friend and mentor, who helped me and many other people during his life, has recently lost the battle. He will live longer than most, in the hearts of his family, and friends and through his legacy.

My Story

Once again, this year, I will participate in the Cycling Challenge to fight against cancer. I am riding in memory of my great friend and mentor, Patrick Hallenbeck, who left us too soon after a difficult battle with stage 4 cancer. I am also riding in solidarity with all the parents whose children are facing this battle. Above all, I am riding for the children, who are forced to learn to fight for their lives, enduring pain, discomfort, and unimaginable situations long before they learn to live.

My goal: $500 CAD and 500 km (ridden in July, August, and September!)

I will honour each donated dollar with 1 km ridden! Even if I exceed 500 km!
