This will be my 8th year riding to fight kids cancer! I've had a lot of fun and made many friends along the way.

My friend Chris died of cancer in 2018. We were devastated by the speed the disease. From diagnosis to his passing was only four months. The doctors tried what they could during this short time. Chris was only 42 when he passed.

Through my work with Sick Kids I've developed a sense of scope of cancer in this nation. 1700 kids are diagnosed each year. I've met parents who have lost their children. It has been heart breaking despite the good moments.
