This coming June, I will be riding as part of the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, over 1,400 children are diagnosed with cancer every year.

And although childhood cancer is relatively rare compared with cancer in adults, for many children the effects can last a lifetime as a result of the cancer itself and/or from the treatment they had to endure, not to mention the emotional and financial strain on the entire family.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help support SickKids Foundation to allow their work to continue in developing treatments and finding cures for childhood cancer.
