We lost our grandson David 11 years ago and we saw so much sadness and lots of courage in the smallest ones!! Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

My Story

5 Jul 2026

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge for the 11th year to fight kids' cancer!

We lost our grandson David 11 years ago and we saw so much sadness and lots of courage in the smallest ones!!

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

Your support will change little lives.

Thank you.

My Challenge

  • Up on two wheels again!
    5 Jul 2026

Last year I completed my first 15km ride and then had my foot collapse under me (sprained my ankle the week before) when dismounting and broke a chip off a bone in my foot. So very thankful for my son, Scott who jumped in to complete my ride and raise the funds in my place. Looking forward to completing the challenge again this year!
