My Story
After a while, it stops being about the kilometres.
It becomes about the journey.
The noise fades.
Life slows down.
The only thing left to do is keep turning the pedals.
Last year, I rode 1,000 km for the Great Cycle Challenge.
It challenged me more than I expected—physically, mentally, and emotionally. More importantly, it reminded me that we're often capable of far more than we believe.
This year, I'm doubling the challenge.
Throughout August, I'll be riding 2,000 km around Ontario to raise money for kids' cancer research and support.
Not because it's easy.
Not because I'm trying to prove anything.
But because thousands of children and their families face challenges far greater than a long day on a bicycle.
Every kilometre I ride is dedicated to them.
If you're able to support the ride—whether it's $5, $50, or simply sharing my page—you'll be helping make a real difference for kids who need it most.
Let's turn kilometres into hope.
