I'm Riding For

Greg Vaughan

Riding for Greg, who was taken from this world way too soon. He was one of my hockey coaches that had a huge impact on me. I looked up to him and will never forget him. I am also riding for my co-worker and friend, Katherine Rae, who beat C** but is still taking great strides to get healthy. Lastly, there is a young boy in our small community that has been battling a brain tumour for years. He has had numerous surgeries and medical care. I ride for the 3 of them, always.

My Story

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
