This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight cancer.

I lost a best friend to cancer 4 years ago. One of the most difficult things was seeing her not able to enjoy all the things she loved in her last months. Cancer has affected so many friends and family, some getting through tough battles others still in the fight, some we lost.

Any bit to help to fight this terrible thing is welcome. Tomorrow is not promised.
