My Story
This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Lots of training and long rides completed and I'm ready for August!

I just wanted to say hello and thanks to anyone watching and cheering me on for August. Ibhave completed hundreds of kilometers of training and once August hits you guys will start to see my rides on the site and can watch me knock away the KMs against the 400 needed kilometers. I bike alot on the trails and cruise along at about 25 km/h so it will take about 16 hours of cycling at this speed to get to 400 kms. Of course there are super hot days and hills and things like that that slow me down to about 20 km/h so I'd say anywhere from 16-20 hours will get me to 400 kms. Thanks again for the support from the bottom of my heart! ❤️
