This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! This is the 16th year anniversary of when our daughter was diagnosed with cancer and went through that horrific ordeal. If she could go through that I can certainly go through riding 150 km to help raise funds for childhood cancer.

Our child survived her battle but many did not. I don't want anymore kids or families to suffer.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it, like poor Isla a girl from Mahone Bay who is in the hospital now.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
