This August, I am taking part in my 6th year of the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, over 1,400 children are diagnosed with cancer every year.

As well, I am riding in memory of very special lifelong best friend, Darlene Robertson, who lost her valiant battle with cancer June 21, 2021 at 70 years of age. We shared so many good times together and she will always be in my heart.

As well riding for all the kids battling and for all individuals who have lost family, friends to cancer or recovered from cancer. I also hope to meet up with a couple of young men in the Foothills battling cancer.

I will blog some of my rides. Almost all my rides will be on my bicycle but, I may try an electric bike a couple of times 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️. My rides will not be daily but, completed in the Foothills , Hinton areas 😍 All fun and so excited to be part of GCC again, 👏
