My Story

Year five.

Year one was a huge success.

Year two felt like a struggle for survival.

Year three was somewhere in between.

Year four was an improvement.

Now year five. My mental health has been very poor. I needed to take a deep look at myself and realize that I'm not nearly as strong as I thought I was, and that medical and emotional interventions were necessary.

The one constant is the bike. The desire to get out and ride has never left me, even in my darkest days. And I will continue to indulge this desire.
