Sandra and Dad have both lost battles with cancer. Dad lost his battle with an aggressive T-Cell Lymphoma, 6-7 weeks after diagnosis, on May 2, 2018. During that time, I decided to really get involved with the Great Cycle Challenge and begin to do my small part to help fight for young people and their families, when faced with the challenges of kid's cancer. Sandra’s battle with metastatic breast cancer came to an end on March 30, 2021. I believe both of their spirits are cheering our efforts in this International challenge onwards, to help families cope with cancers in their children. Keep watch over us! I love you!

My Story

This year, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, over 1,400 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
