Ride # 6: the ride tonight started with a harrowing experience where a vehicle who drove past me at an incredible speed, with the wind created by the vehicle almost sending me into the ditch. The rest of the ride was amazing, a nice crisp evening, lacking a little light but my path was well lit by my bike headlamp. It was great to experience the quiet of campbell valley regional park, breath in the fresh air and be thankful for my health and grateful to be able to ride and raise funds to support a future generation who need critical support in their formative years. I will be back out there again soon.
Day 4 of my cycle challenge was a awesome sunset ride, relatively flat, a little smokey and stunning views of Campbell valley that made every single drop of sweat worth it.
