Week #4- Wrap Up - 🙏🏻

What an amazing August and riding month!

That’s a wrap for this ride!

It’s awesome to have so many family, friends- old and new donate to Children’s Cancer. It really means a lot to me!

We can Kick Cancer Butt! It’s all for the children affected by cancer- they should be living, not fighting to live.

Thanks to my neighbour Pat for also riding and fundraising for Chippers Clippers!

Amazing Week #3

It was an interesting week trying to get out to ride with smoke filled skies … some days were short rides but some days I just couldn’t go out.

Blue skies have returned, so was able to get a good ride…… yesterday I was joined by a special guest riding with me…

I will finish my 300 km today!!!

So happy to have done this challenge…thanks you for your support 🩷🩷🩷

Ps this cycling jersey is one of two that I received from the GCC challenge, after I reached my $2000 last week… it’s based on Robin ..Spider-Man sidekick , who”s Lawson (one of the little boys we are riding for) Super Hero! I will be giving away to one of the children or parent whose affected directly by Childhood Cancer.

Amazing Week #2

I am completely blown away by family and friends donating to this ride!!!

It brought me to tears on Wednesday night when I saw my totals! Wow!

Although the smoke has somewhat been affecting my rides, it’s been better near the end of the week. So thankful that it was only smoke affecting us and not fires. 🔥. My heart ❤️ goes out to those in the Summerland area, who have lost so much…. The community has really rallied around them and provided so much.
