Was hard today so only 1 ride but bumped up to Level 6, 1/2 way through. Almost there!
Thinking about next August...wondering if I can convince anyone to do a riding tour. The Island and Sunshine Coast, or maybe out to Edmonton, or maybe a Quebec tour?

Got distracted so took the wrong photo. This one displays I was going 14.3km/hr not the actual ride distance. L5 METs 5.6 same as normal so should be closer to16 or 17 km but I don't have the evidence. I did Ride 2 right after so you can see how far I got in 45 min and judge for yourself.
