    Did a slo-mo cycle on the Rail Trail today out to the airport and back in poor conditions due to "out of control" wildfires along Okanagan Lake south in Summerland and north near Vernon. I wore a N95 mask but not a particularly enjoyable ride in 30 C (87F) heat & smoke. Oh well, 192 km down, 308 to go....Onward Ho !!

    No biking Tuesday & Wednesday due to smoky conditions from wildfires. Smoke persisting so biked around Kelowna early this morning 😷

    Rode along Mission Creek and roads in east Kelowna & Rutland under smoky skies. Sadly wildfire season is upon us. Currently fires in West Kelowna and Vernon.
