    A nice ride up the many hills in Abbotsford, up 3 down 1. The riders out here are hardcore as I struggle with peddling lots and not getting anywhere but there are some incredible parks here in this community.

    I hiked up Mt Cheam in the afternoon and when I got back went out for this ride that has yet to upload.
