Last ride logged for the books for this year.

The weather totally ruined my plan to finish my 300 kms in August, but I got the last few in today.

I think life is like that. We make goals (like $2500 and 300 kms), create plans to meet them, then life happens.

Lot of families have goals and plans, then they get the news that their child has cancer. So now their lives go on hold. Their child needs more attention and care.

This fund raiser is here to help optimise these kids treatments to allow the kids to get better so families can get back on track.

It was a glorious day for a ride. And I saw a cruise ship in the canal, so that's cool.

Another year supporting this wonderful cause is winding down.

The kids (read parents) are getting ready to go back to school again.

The only thing they should be worried about is supplies, shoes and clothes that fit and getting back on schedule.

Let's remove childhood cancer treatment from the list, so they can concentrate on their future.

That's what it's all about.
