Penultimate Ride Today

My second last ride before the end of this year‘s challenge. I rode out to Victoria Harbour with two of my good friends Mike Tame and Rob Boyle on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I hope to take the last ride with my wife Paula for a nice lunch date. Cheers.

Final Day of August 2026 Campaign but…

Good morning, today is the final day of the Great Cycle Challenge for 2026. I want to thank all my donors for generously supporting my cause. Due to some rain and reactions with my medication, I wasn’t able yet to complete the 500 km. I will complete them this week in a final ride once I find time between work, travel and weather. Thank you all for supporting this cause, it means so much to me. You guys are the BEST. Cheers!

Granddaughter Maya does 40km with Opa

My granddaughter Maya was a REAL trooper today. She woke up with a head cold but wanted to ride. I ignored her until she showed up at our house! So after waiting for me to wash the cars, we rode to Stoney Creek Confederation Park. We circled the park and then headed back and went out to Guelph line. Then zig-zagged back to Brant and home for 40km. Her longest ride to date.
