“I always look forward to your participation and updates on your bike journey for Sick Children’s Hospital. They absolutely saved my life when I was 3 months old as I had a very bad condition called hydrocephalus. I had a large amount of water in my brain and they told my mother I would have died within a month if I didn’t get it drained. Not all hospitals could do that operation so I was very very fortunate I lived in the GTA which was close by.
Just one small story for one small part of one single day in the life of Sick Children’s Hospital. 151 years of helping children of all colours, here, and for children all over the world as well. Wish I could give more of course.
