Hey Team GraysonStrong!

Some of our teammates suggested a group ride with our team so let's do it!

We would like to include as many teammates as possible and make it enjoyable for everyone interested regardless of skill/fitness level. Therefore the group ride will be approximately 15 km and fairly flat. If you would like to continue riding after the group ride you are of course welcome to continue!

We will start and end at the John Rhodes Community Centre. We will head west on the Hub Trail and continue to the turn-around at the end of Canal Drive and return. Due to the construction on Bay St, we will have to ride on Queen St. and Wellington St for a short distance, however I am hoping traffic is quiet Sunday evening.

Please wear a bright blue or orange shirt or both colours, as they are the Great Cycle Challenge colours this year.
